Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name (first and last).
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• A screen name shown on public leaderboards.
• Your password, stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider. We never see it.

We also collect information automatically as you use the Service: the sportsbooks you prefer, bets you choose to log in your tracker, your Daily Lay activity, and standard technical data (IP address, approximate location/region, device and browser type). We use your region to restrict access where required by law (for example, Vantedge is not available in Nevada).

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the Service: your board, the Daily Lay, leaderboards, and your bet tracker.
• To contact you about your account, security, or important changes (by email or phone).
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms, including age and location requirements.

Probabilities and value estimates are generated from public odds and public statistics. That math does not use your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run Vantedge, and only as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase: account, authentication, and database hosting.
• Vercel: application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe: payment processing, if and when you subscribe (Stripe collects payment details directly; we don’t store card numbers).
• Resend: transactional email (e.g., password resets).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Vantedge and its users.

You can review and update your name and password in your account at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to close your account, email us at support@vantedgebet.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion, and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Note again that we do not sell personal information. If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data. We honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as your theme and your chosen sportsbooks). We do not use them to sell your data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls), but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Vantedge is for adults. You must be 21 or older to use the Service, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
