Terms of Service

Vantedge is a sports-analytics and information tool. We compare publicly available sportsbook odds, estimate the fair value of a bet using math, and point you toward the best available price. Vantedge is not a sportsbook.We never accept, place, or settle wagers, and we never hold, transfer, or pay out funds. Any bet you choose to place is made by you, directly at a licensed third-party sportsbook, under that sportsbook’s own terms.

You must be at least the legal age to bet in your jurisdiction (18 or 21+ depending on where you live) and legally permitted to use sports-betting information services where you are. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

To use the Service you create an account with your first and last name, email address, phone number, and a screen name used on leaderboards. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Choose a screen name that isn’t offensive or impersonating; we may reclaim or change screen names that violate this.

We collect the account information above, and basic usage data needed to operate the Service. We use it to provide and improve Vantedge, to run features like leaderboards (which display your screen name), and to contact you about your account and the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We use reputable third-party providers (for example, for hosting, authentication, and email) to run the Service.

The Daily Lay and any similar features are free-to-play games that use virtual tokens with no cash value. Tokens are not money, cannot be purchased, redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn, and have no monetary worth. These features are for entertainment and to demonstrate our analytics; they are not gambling and involve no real wager.

Vantedge provides information and estimates, not advice or a promise of results. Odds and probabilities are based on data that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and past performance does not predict future outcomes. Betting involves risk, including loss of money at the sportsbooks where you bet. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This includes the AI assistant. When it mentions, describes, or suggests a bet, that is information provided in response to your question, not betting advice, a recommendation, or an instruction to place any wager. It is never telling you to bet, and you are not obligated to act on anything it says. Every wagering decision is yours alone.

Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling, or redistributing our data; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; no automated account creation; and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service links out to third-party sportsbooks and data sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their odds, availability, or conduct. Your dealings with any sportsbook are solely between you and that sportsbook.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantedge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to agree again. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
